Background and education.

Dr. Ganschow grew up in Longview, Texas, and is a long-time resident of the DFW metroplex. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and graduated from Parker University in Dallas with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2000.

He's certified by both the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Continuing education has been part of his practice from the start, with postgraduate work in scoliosis, sports injuries, and nutrition — and ongoing study of soft-tissue injury management as it applies to motor-vehicle accidents.

Why auto-injury care became a clinical focus.

Auto-accident chiropractic is a different practice from general wellness chiropractic. The injuries are specific: whiplash, disc involvement, post-concussion symptoms, soft-tissue strain patterns that follow predictable mechanisms of impact. The documentation requirements are different — both for insurance and for any legal claim that may follow. And the patient population deserves a clinic that knows the Texas PIP system as well as it knows the cervical spine.

Dr. Ganschow's clinical approach combines proven manual techniques (Diversified adjustment, soft-tissue therapy) with modern modalities (spinal decompression, StemWave, kinesio taping, in-office digital X-ray) — matched specifically to what each patient's injuries require. No cookie-cutter treatment plans. No extended care beyond medical necessity. Honest assessment, clear communication, and adjustments to the plan as the patient progresses.

Local roots, local practice.

Practicing in Hurst means knowing the area's drivers, its accident patterns, and its medical and legal community. Dr. Ganschow has built relationships with local primary care providers, ER teams, orthopedic specialists, and personal-injury attorneys across Tarrant County — relationships that make coordinated care faster and more effective for crash patients.

Outside the office, he's an active member of his church and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family — running, hiking, and mountain biking around the Metroplex.
