A complete treatment pathway for crash-related injuries — from initial evaluation through discharge — billed directly to your PIP insurance.

Your treatment, step by step

Six phases. Predictable structure. No surprises.

Every auto-injury patient at our practice moves through the same six-phase pathway, adapted to the specifics of their injury and recovery.

  1. 1

    Initial evaluation and history

We sit down with you, walk through the accident, and identify every symptom — including the ones that didn't show up until later. A thorough history protects your treatment plan and your insurance claim.

  2. 2

    Diagnostic imaging (when indicated)

Digital X-rays performed in our office. If we suspect a soft-tissue injury or disc involvement that X-ray can't show, we coordinate an MRI referral.

  3. 3

    Treatment plan and insurance verification

We build a plan based on what we find — number of visits, modalities, expected duration. At the same time, we verify your PIP coverage so you know exactly what's covered before you continue.

  4. 4

    Active treatment phase

The hands-on work: chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue therapy, therapeutic exercise, spinal decompression or shockwave therapy as indicated by your specific injuries.

  5. 5

Re-evaluation and adjustment of the plan

At regular intervals we reassess your progress, document improvements, and adjust the plan. If you're recovering faster than expected, we shorten care. If you've plateaued, we change the approach.

  6. 6

Discharge with home-care plan and final report

When you're done, you're done. We discharge you with a home-care program and a comprehensive final report documenting the entire course of care — useful if any insurance or legal claim is still pending.

Documentation that protects your case

Records that hold up under scrutiny.

Every visit is documented to a standard that holds up under insurance and legal review. If you have an attorney, we coordinate directly with their office — sending records, billing summaries, and a final narrative report when treatment ends. If you don't have an attorney and your case warrants one, we can refer you.

Why early treatment matters

Three reasons every day after a crash counts.

Inflammation locks in

Soft-tissue injuries that go untreated for weeks become harder to resolve. Early intervention shortens total recovery time.

Documentation strengthens your claim

A documented gap between your accident and treatment is the first thing insurance adjusters use to dispute claims. Same-week treatment closes that door.

Symptoms hide

Whiplash, concussion, and disc injuries often surface days or weeks after the crash. An early exam catches them before they get worse.

Start treatment today.

We can verify your PIP and have you examined this week — often the same day you call.
